Runs entirely in your browser — no account, no upload to a server
Upload one PDF as your reference for the book's shape, then your new material — PDF or DOCX, as many files as you need. Structura reads the page size, margins, and chapter order from that reference, maps your material onto the same structure, and assembles a ready-to-use new PDF + DOCX.
One PDF whose shape you want to replicate
PDF or DOCX, one or many files
Optional — for structure deviation notes
Structure mapping runs locally in your browser and doesn't need AI. Fill in a Mistral API key only if you want the "Deviations From Reference" notes written by the model.

Workflow
Structura reads the paper size, margins, and section order (cover, table of contents, chapters, appendix) straight from your PDF file.
Bring in new content as PDF or DOCX. Each file is read as one content unit that gets mapped in order.
Chapter titles, ingredients, tools, and steps are recognized locally. The Mistral API key is optional, used only to write deviation notes.
New PDF and DOCX files are assembled following the reference layout, then bundled with a process report into one ready-to-download ZIP file.
Capabilities
Paper size (A4, A5, Letter, Legal), margins, and heading style are estimated from text position on the reference pages.
PDF and DOCX can be mixed in one run. Each file is read separately, then merged in the order it was added.
If the material has a different number of chapters than the reference, the structure adapts — the difference is logged, not forced.
The INGREDIENTS / TOOLS / STEPS pattern is recognized automatically and given its own layout, complete with photo space.
Every run produces PDF and DOCX at the same time, so the result can be printed right away or still edited.
Parsing, mapping, and file assembly happen in the browser. Your material is never uploaded to any server.
Frequently asked
No. All file reading, structure mapping, and PDF/DOCX assembly happen in your own browser. The only outbound traffic is an optional call to the Mistral API, and only if you enter an API key.
Structura still maps and exports the ebook as usual using local rules. The only thing skipped is the "Deviations From Reference" note written by the language model.
The reference must be a single PDF file. The new material can be PDF or DOCX, one file or many at once.
If your new material has a different number of sections than the reference — say it has no appendix — the final structure adapts to the material's condition, and the difference is logged in the Result panel, not hidden.
Very well suited. The INGREDIENTS, TOOLS, and STEPS pattern is recognized automatically and given a recipe layout with photo space, separate from the regular chapter layout.
